Who may participate
Tai Chi Bratislava exercise sessions are intended for persons aged 18 or over. They are not a sale of goods, an online course, a subscription or an automatically renewing membership.
Non-binding first contact
The website does not allow an exercise session to be ordered, reserved or paid for. An email or WhatsApp message is only a non-binding request for information and does not by itself create a contract, guaranteed reservation or payment obligation.
Before the first session, the interested person receives the current price, place, time, payment method and material organisational terms in writing. The provider also states whether a place is available. This organisational confirmation does not by itself create a payment obligation.
A contract for an individual session is formed only when, after receiving the current terms, the interested person attends and begins the session. The price communicated in advance is payable for a completed session.
Price and payment
Only exercise sessions actually attended are charged. At the end of the month, the provider sends a summary of completed sessions, bank transfer details and the payment due date.
There is no advance payment, subscription, cancellation fee for non-attendance or automatic renewal. If no session is attended during a period, there is nothing to pay for that period.
Any change to the price or terms will be communicated in writing before the session to which it is to apply. Changes do not apply retrospectively.
Non-attendance and changes
A participant who cannot attend may notify the provider by text message. No reason is required and no fee is charged for a session not attended.
If the provider cancels or changes a session for organisational or safety reasons, participants will be informed through an available contact channel. No fee is charged for a cancelled session.
Health and safety
Tai Chi is a movement and relaxation activity. Neither the exercise sessions nor the website content constitute healthcare, physiotherapy, diagnosis or a substitute for advice from a doctor or another qualified healthcare professional.
Participants are responsible for making a reasonable assessment of their health. Anyone with an injury, pregnancy, long-term condition or uncertainty about suitable movement should consult a healthcare professional before participating.
Exercise should be stopped in the event of pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath or another concerning symptom, and medical assistance should be sought where appropriate. No particular health or therapeutic outcome is guaranteed.
The provider does not request medical reports, disability certificates or other medical records. Please do not send such documents by email or WhatsApp.
Complaints and statutory rights
A complaint or request for remedy may be sent to info@taichibratislava.sk or to the complaints address stated in the Legal information.
These terms do not limit any consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Sending a non-binding website, email or WhatsApp message does not create a payment obligation.
Effective date and language
These terms apply from 6 August 2026. This English version is an informative translation. In the event of a discrepancy, the Slovak version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law.
