Alternative dispute resolution

A consumer who is dissatisfied with the handling of a request or believes that their rights have been infringed may first submit a request for remedy to the operator.

If the request is rejected or no response is provided within 30 days, the consumer may submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution to the competent body. The Slovak Trade Inspection acts as the residual ADR body for these services.

ADR submissions may be sent to ars@soi.sk or adr@soi.sk. The former European ODR platform has ceased operating and is therefore not linked from this website.
